Prorated refunds are made for students who withdraw or are withdrawn from DigitalCrafts if they have completed 60% or less of the program.
All refunds are based on the amount due for the program at the time of withdrawal, not the amount the student has actually paid. The date from which refunds will be determined is the last date of recorded attendance. All requests for withdrawal by the student must be made in writing to Operations@DigitalCrafts.com. The student is responsible for paying any balance due.
In the case of extenuating circumstances, DigitalCrafts reserves the right to work directly with students on an individual basis to arrive at a tuition refund resolution.
Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days of the notification of an official withdrawal or date of determination of withdrawal by DigitalCrafts.
A new undergraduate student, defined as one entering DigitalCrafts or an affiliated institution for the first time with less than 24 online college credits that is enrolled in a full online program, may elect to withdraw from DigitalCrafts at any time during the first 21 days of the program without incurring any tuition or fees by withdrawing from DigitalCrafts in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Institutional Catalog. Specifically, an eligible student intending to withdraw must submit a written notice that they are withdrawing from DigitalCrafts to Operations@DigitalCrafts.com. An eligible Student is considered conditionally enrolled during this 21-day period.
If you financed through Climb Credit or Ascent Funding: If you withdraw within the refund period, and you financed tuition through a third-party lender, we'll pro-rate your refund and lower the balance of your loan accordingly. You'll still be responsible for making the associated payments for your remaining balance.
